A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a Reiki training course.

Cancellation & Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

• If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date:
  Any balance paid will be refunded, minus a 5% administration fee to cover booking and processing costs.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date:
  No refunds are guaranteed. Any refund of fees paid (excluding the deposit) will be at my discretion, depending on whether your place can be filled.

These terms reflect the preparation, venue arrangements, and limited group size involved in offering Reiki training.

• Payment is required in advance once a Reijukai date has been confirmed.

• Reijukai payments are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

In-Person Reiki Sessions

• Booking and payment arrangements will be confirmed directly by enquiry.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.

Distance Reiki (Enkaku Reiki)

• Pre-payment is required for all distance Reiki sessions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
