A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a Reiki training course.

Cancellation & Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

• If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund of any balance paid, less a 5% administration fee to cover booking and processing costs.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund of the deposit. Any balance paid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

These terms reflect the preparation, venue arrangements, and limited group size involved in offering Reiki training.

• Payment is required in advance once a Reijukai date has been confirmed.

• Reijukai payments are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

In-Person Reiki Sessions

• Booking and payment arrangements will be confirmed directly by enquiry.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.

Distance Reiki (Enkaku Reiki)

• Pre-payment is required for all distance Reiki sessions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
