About the course

Okuden is the second level of Jikiden Reiki and is open to students who have completed Shoden.

During this training, you will receive Reiju twice. The curriculum includes an additional Shirushi (symbol), Kototama, and Jumon, with detailed explanations of how and when to use them. Using these, you will learn how to work with undesirable thought patterns and behaviours, how to treat others using distance Reiki methods, and approaches that support self-treatment for psychological and emotional issues.

You will receive

• A Japanese-style certificate and an English-style certificate issued by the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Japan

• Registration as a Jikiden Reiki practitioner with the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan

Please note: students taking Shoden and Okuden together receive one combined Shoden & Okuden certificate upon completion of Okuden.
